Appreciated how comfy the property was and its INCREDIBLY KIND staff from receptionist to cleaning staff. The location was great and lovely, next to bars and a stadium. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Swansea Bay.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to restaurants 10 minutes away. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Swansea Beach.

-The location of the hotel directly by the sea. -very friendly staff
-Fitness is probably a joke... a few training devices next to the pool at about 30 degrees. -very outdated, dingy, old-fashioned furnishings. -Absolutely not Marriott standard

The Swansea Marriott is without doubt one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. The overall break was enhanced by the staff who were most helpful and courteous. The room and the facilities were a1 not to mention the bar facilities and the breakfast experiience which was most enjoyable. Thank you for a pleasant stay and I have no doubt we will be returning in the future. DAVID & DEE RITCHIE

The receptionist was very professional, the entrance is very inviting and comfortable. The rooms were mariner facing which was stunning, the rooms were excellent we had two double beds and we were extremely pleased. The staff in the bar were helpful polite and they could not do enough for us.
We enjoyed our stay very much however the price is the only reason we would not make a monthly booking and the lifts were out of order we had to use the service ones.

Efficient and friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, all made for a very enjoyable stay
We were situated in a room directly above the disco. For two nights out of our three night stay, we were unable to get to sleep before 1 am. This was brought to the attention of reception and we were satisfied with the response

the location was good, the hotel food was good and the staff were very polite. the pool and sauna and jacuzzi were nice too, if you went at a quiet time in morning.
After requesting a quiet area in advance, we were given a room with children carrying on loudly next door. The AC was also on the brink so we had to get engineering to fix it. But the noise next door became too much so they moved us one floor below where we would be next to 'quiet folks.' The only problem was our new room was right over the pool heating system or some giant boiler because it became an inferno in no time at all. So much so, the bathroom floor was actually hot to the touch the entire time. We asked the manager if there was any problem with the heat system but he said no. He did, however, offer to bring us up a giant fan (he was very nice guy) which ended up blowing around all the hot air coming out of the ineffectual AC. Sad to say, the whole thing was lame, including the TV - outdated and porn-happy. For the money charged and the hotel name itself, we were really disappointed.
